The Beginning
Our journey began with a young fighter from Stoke-on-Trent, captivated by the raw intensity of Muay Thai. Despite the absence of local resources and financial constraints, he refused to let anything deter his dreams. Unable to afford the local MMA gym, he improvised, shadow boxing in his living room and even sparring with flies, channeling every ounce of his energy into mastering his craft. After enduring years of hardship and saving every penny, the time finally came to pursue his championship goals in Thailand.
But, in Thailand, he faced numerous setbacks, including a cracked rib, financial struggles, and rough nights in a crowded hostel. Yet, his love for fighting burned brighter than ever. Amidst the adversity, the idea for ToLoveToFight was born.
In moments of forced stillness, barely able to move, he found inspiration. Sitting in the sun, he began to blend his passions with his purpose, jotting down ideas on his phone. These notes became the foundation of ToLoveToFight, the first step in turning his vision into reality.
